Our recent project, known as the Fortress Application, was a substantial undertaking aimed at revolutionizing internal processes within the company Fortitude by replacing the outdated legacy system, FileMaker.

This customized application introduced a wealth of functionality, enabling users to seamlessly create, search, and process candidates for various clients while accommodating the unique internal processes within Fortitude. Our work spanned several critical areas, including extensive UX research to understand user needs, workflow optimization to streamline operations, and the integration of cutting-edge automation and AI capabilities.

The result was a powerful tool that significantly reduced redundancies, provided enhanced visibility into candidate status, and introduced smart AI integrations that allowed for precise candidate filtering based on each client’s specific job requirements.
